Pillar Two teaches you how to support an efficient and profitable business.
Pillar 3 [STABILIZE]
In Pillar Three, you’ll learn the strategies to create a predictable income from your business all year round. With lessons on Recurring Revenue, Specialty Clients, and Welcome to Wholesale, you’ll find all the resources you need to support your growing bakery.

Does this coaching work for any type of baker?
I'm able to help all bakers, from bread bakers, cookiers, and farmer's market vendors to wedding cake specialists and those transitioning to a commercial kitchen because of my extensive experience in the baking industry.
How will I get my questions answered?
In The Bake Better Academy, you can learn new business skills at your own pace with the training videos, plus ask questions in the membership community, which is monitored during business hours M-F. You can also submit questions or show up to the LIVE Q+A sessions and training calls.
What if I miss a live call?
Every month the group calls are recorded and uploaded into the membership area. You can re-watch the monthly calls until the following call is uploaded.
Can I work at my own pace?
Once you join, you will have full access to all the training materials, printable resources, swipe files, and templates to help you design your perfect home bakery business.
How do I book additional one-on-one calls?
Students in the Academy have access to discounted VIP coaching sessions when they need additional support.
What if I need to cancel my membership?
You can cancel your Academy membership anytime by submitting a request by email.
